Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and delivering inbound capacity and equipment, as well as managing the installation of network infrastructure in a data center environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience in people management, technical understanding, and strategic direction. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers to deliver high-quality results while driving innovation and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and delivery of inbound capacity and equipment
- Oversee the installation of network infrastructure in a data center environment
- Develop and maintain sustainable processes and standards
- Drive automation opportunities to reduce delivery cycle times and improve quality without impacting network availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in an IT function or similar role
- 2+ years of experience in management/team lead/training function
- Strong technical understanding and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
