Territory Management Role

As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in delivering category growth across the Melbourne Metro Region. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing commercial and customer plans to secure ranging, displays, and promotional support for our brands.
  • Selling with insights to influence sales drivers such as share of shelf, front-of-store, off-location, and front-end execution.
  • Managing the mix of products displayed to drive profitability.

You will handle a diverse customer base across multiple channels, ensuring execution of plans and compliance with journey plans. You will also build strong store-level relationships to drive inventory decisions and secure impactful product displays.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Supply Chain Understanding: Ability to influence On Shelf Availability through knowledge of the customer supply chain.
  • Sales Growth Identification: Skilled at spotting in-store growth opportunities and implementing plans to improve execution.
  • Category & Data Literacy: Capable of interpreting and applying category insights during customer interactions.
