Agri Channel Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Agri Channel Growth Manager to drive profitable growth across our Agri and Independent Grocery channels. This role is critical to our strategic channel mix, supporting our petcare business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver against commercial targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Lead key customer partnerships to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Enable excellence in field execution through efficient processes and best practices.
  • Simplify ways of working and drive efficiency by streamlining operations and reducing costs.

This role requires strong commercial and customer management experience, ideally in FMCG or wholesale channels. A proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities is essential.
