Job Opportunity:

This role focuses on developing and executing initiatives that promote student inclusion and equality.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of targeted programmes such as the Student Equality Collaborators programme and the Elevate programme.
  • Act as a liaison for students participating in equality programs, including coordinating work opportunities for the Equality Collaborators & KU Cares Connectors.
  • Manage projects to achieve strategic objectives through effective planning, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Support the broader efforts of the student inclusion team by contributing to events, campaigns, and communications activities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • First-degree level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Passion for enhancing the experiences and outcomes of underrepresented student groups, with knowledge of widening participation and equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
  • Project management skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in using online portals for student worker jobs and strong IT skills.
