This pivotal position plays a crucial part in advancing student inclusion and equality by designing and implementing initiatives and programmes.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and delivery of targeted programmes such as the Student Equality Collaborators programme and the Elevate initiative.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students participating in equality programmes, including coordinating work opportunities.
- Project manage programmes of work such as the Elevate initiative, including supporting delivery and events as required.
- Contribute to the wider work of the student inclusion team through events, campaigns and communications activity.
- Educated to first degree level or equivalent professional experience.
- Passionate about improving the experience and outcomes for underrepresented student groups.
- Experience of project management and working with stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills.
