
Territory Business Growth Specialist

This role involves building and executing strategies to drive value for customers in the onboarding and usage stages of Autodesk solutions. It requires proactively engaging with customers through data-driven actions and reacting to customer-initiated triggers to create customer loyalty and growth through exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop effective onboarding strategies to grow usage of Autodesk solutions by responding to customer inquiries and providing guidance resources.
- Identify and assist at-risk customers with low adoption of products to increase their value realization towards business goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams, technical support, client services, and others to drive customer success initiatives and resolve activation/onboarding/usage issues.
- Capture customer success stories and identify opportunities for expanding the business relationship to support sales team efforts throughout the lifecycle.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and education.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, service delivery, or customer success management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to develop customer relationships and manage accounts.
- Proven ability to drive retention and satisfaction.
