Territory Manager NSW Job Description

We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and market share in the wireless communication and two-way radio industry.

This role involves managing channel partner relationships, supporting tender submissions, identifying new business opportunities across government, consultants, and end clients. Regular travel, technical support, and collaboration with internal stakeholders are required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities and channel partnerships across assigned territories
  • Support tender submissions and documentation when required
  • Provide product updates, training, and technical assistance to partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, reporting, and issue resolution

You will be responsible for driving growth across NSW, ACT, Pacific Islands, and New Zealand. Strong time management and territory management capabilities are essential.

  • Proven track record of sales success in similar industries
  • Strong relationship-building skills with channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to travel regularly
