Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and problem-solving.

  • Providing high-quality customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Opening and closing rental agreements in a timely and efficient manner
  • Selling additional over-the-counter rental products to enhance the customer experience
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage and maintenance checks to ensure accuracy
  • Cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehicles to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Moving vehicles throughout the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs or other locations as required

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.   • Willingsness to travel and work between locations
  • A full and current relevant State driver's license
