Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, performance management, and advising Partners on HR-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Annual performance reviews and performance management of staff
- Advising Partners on all HR-related matters
- Identifying training needs and implementing solutions
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and OH&S requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources as an Advisor or Manager, preferably in a professional services background. Excellent delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to work autonomously in a busy role is also required.
