The role of Learning and Development Advisor is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on organizational growth and development.

This position involves designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that foster employee and leader skills, knowledge, and behaviours essential for achieving strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing companywide learning initiatives that drive engagement and motivation among employees.
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of relevant learning content to support business objectives.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of existing learning programs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to employees on their learning and development needs.
  • Coordinating the annual calendar of face-to-face learning events that promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.

This dynamic role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years experience in design, assessment, and facilitation, including e-Learning design and creation.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • e-Learning design and creation expertise.
  • Proficiency in LMS software (CrossKnowledge ideal but not essential).
  • Experience with learning content authoring tools (e.g. Chameleon Creator).
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records.
