About The Role

The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of our learning strategies. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering bespoke learning programmes aligned with business objectives.
  • Conducting comprehensive training needs analyses across departments.
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning solutions (in-house and outsourced).
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support talent development, performance enhancement, and succession planning.
  • Overseeing the coordination and delivery of training logistics via the Learning and Development Coordinator.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions and reporting on outcomes.
  • Leading projects including leadership development, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with mandatory training and maintaining accurate training records.
About You
  • Proven experience in a learning and development or training advisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring staff.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
