Learning Strategist Opportunity

We seek a talented Learning Strategist to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives. This role will play a key part in enhancing employee capabilities and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs (in-house and outsourced).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support talent development, performance enhancement, and succession planning.
  • Oversee logistics and coordinate training activities with support staff.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and provide actionable insights.
  • Lead projects including leadership development, onboarding initiatives, and digital learning solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and maintain accurate records.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven experience in a learning or training advisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and e-learning tools.
