Job Title: Corporate Learning Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Learning Strategist to enhance employee performance, growth, and engagement.

This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR generalists, training team members, program managers, business experts, and employees.

  1. Developing curriculum for campus hires, partnering with campus recruiting and business on program needs, identifying modules and topics, and overseeing program execution.
  2. Facilitating workshops and learning events on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, graduate, and intern programming.
  3. Creating eLearning content to support diverse learners with self-paced learning.
  4. Designing and delivering professional development content and curriculum to support ongoing employee development.
  5. Supporting the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System in the region.
  6. Partnering with subject matter experts to deliver speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources for professional development.
  7. Supporting performance management training initiatives for employees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate learning role, with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong meeting and training facilitation skills.
  • Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions.
  • eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience.
  • Collaboration and partnering skills, including strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to adapt to firm needs.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual comfortable taking initiative and executing high-quality work product.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
