Talent Strategist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Strategist to drive strategic growth in our organization.

Job Description:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a people-focused role, including designing and running workshops.
  • Demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding networks and opportunities.
  • Active role in co-creating concepts and corresponding solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, leading multiple projects that deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player aligned with organizational values.
