Residential Customer Experience Specialist

- Manage customer relations and communications regarding progress and delivery of home building agreements.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
- Complete pre-planning inspection forms.
- Submit building permits and applications.
- Communicate with developers and local councils.
- Negotiate approval application questions.
- Maintain databases and track application progress.
- Plan and participate in consultative meetings.
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction is preferred.
- Strong understanding of permits and approvals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize changing workloads.
- Proficient IT skills including MS Office suite.
- Excellent English skills both written and verbal.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Successfully communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
