Customer Service Role Overview

This Customer Service Administrator position is a key role in Residential Construction. The successful candidate will be working with a well-established home builder with over 30 years of operation and current activity of around 300 new homes per year.

The main responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and new clients, acting as the primary point of contact for potential clients and guiding them through queries to relevant sales contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing customer interactions and communications regarding project progress and delivery of the home building agreement.
  • Handling inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Completing pre-planning inspection forms.
  • Processing building permits and submissions.
  • Communicating with developers and local authorities.
  • Negotiating and managing approval application questions.
  • Maintaining databases and recording progress on applications.
  • Planning and participating in consultative meetings, including walkthroughs of final construction contracts and plans.
About You / Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of permits and approvals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a changing workload.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
