Job Title

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage user access and permissions across corporate systems, ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement effective solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Provide expert-level technical support, leveraging extensive knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Citrix, and cloud platforms.
  • Document issues and resolutions, contributing to knowledge sharing and organizational learning.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT or a related field.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
  • Proven experience in supporting major enterprise systems, including ERP, GIS, EDRMS, and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of service management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple concurrent demands.
