System Support Specialist

The System Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of clinical systems and applications with GxP categorization.

  • Provides Level 2 and Level 3 support for clinical systems, including CTMS, eTMF, and Vault Safety, as per company-defined Service Level Agreements to users across different geographical regions.
  • Manages user access and user roles for clinical systems with GxP categorization in accordance with applicable IT Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Delivers training on clinical IT systems and applications to all regions and users, serving as an expert knowledge source for these systems.
  • Serves as the primary liaison with vendors and IT for maintenance changes and upgrades.
  • Led and delivers User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, new releases, and change management in collaboration with Clinical Systems, IT, and business users.
  • Configures new projects, study-specific templates, checklists, look-up values, workflows, etc.
  • Generates various reports from clinical and IT systems with GxP categorization in the form of data extracts from databases via SQL queries as per study or user requirements.

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in a related field, experience in supporting clinical trial systems for CROs and pharmaceutical companies, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
