We are seeking an Advanced Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Drug and Alcohol Unit.

The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Registered Nurse with advanced knowledge and expertise in caring for patients. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, contributing to education and continuous improvement processes, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement clinical standards of practice
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Contribute to education programs and competency development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum four years experience in mental health specialty as a Registered Nurse
  • Post-graduate qualification or working towards
  • Previous work experience in Drug and Alcohol or Mental Health Nursing
