Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care services for residents. With a history dating back to 1885, we have been delivering exceptional care with dedication and passion.

Job Role Summary

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract for PM shifts (Thursday - Saturday). The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care needs of residents while ensuring respect and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care needs of residents while ensuring respect and empathy
  • Manage and direct Allied Health Assistants and Personal Care Workers
  • Support facility objectives through effective management
  • Maintain accurate medical records in line with documentation guidelines
  • Comply with Work Health and Safety legislation and policies
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong communication skills for resident, family, and staff interactions
  • Dedication to professional growth and elderly care
  • CURRENT COVID and Annual Flu Vaccination
  • National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check may be required
