Funeral Service Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic individual to join our team as an Arranger/Conductor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families and individuals during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate funeral services, ensuring that every detail is attended to with sensitivity and care.
- Work closely with families to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Implement funeral plans, directing the team and providing support and guidance for the family.
- Prepare, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the funeral, adhering to InvoCare policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to requests, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- You possess a strong customer service ethos, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- You are a professional with a compassionate and empathetic approach, able to work with grieving families and the deceased.
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
- You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
