Funeral Services Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Funeral Director's Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our funeral services, ensuring that every family receives the highest level of care and respect.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to families and individuals, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles, ensuring they are always in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with our team to bring the deceased into our care, handling each family with sensitivity and compassion.
- Oversee proceedings on the day, ensuring pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests are implemented with precision.
- You possess a strong customer service ethos and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- You have a professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
- You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
- You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
