Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and individuals in need of our services.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of vehicles and facilities to ensure a dignified and respectful experience.
  • Collaborate with our team to bring the deceased into our care with compassion and respect.
  • Oversee proceedings on the day, ensuring that pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests are implemented with precision.
About You
  • You possess a strong customer service ethos and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • You have a professional attitude, with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • You are comfortable working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • You hold a full, unrestricted driver's license.
