We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to spearhead transformation across manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Oversee complex chemical-based manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
  • Chemical & Process Expertise: Manage the production of specialty foam and floral solutions while ensuring compliance with chemical manufacturing standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in operations leadership within chemical, specialty manufacturing, or industrial materials industries.
  • Strong expertise in chemical manufacturing, complex formulations, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain functions.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cultural and operational transformation.
