Program Operations Specialist Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization as a Program Operations Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing operational responsibilities assigned to fulfill the terms and requirements of each OEM's program. You will own and execute against all operational responsibilities, ensuring that all standard procedures are maintained and communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.

You will also be the expert on all facets of the subject matter assigned, including standard procedures, exceptions, and the link to other functional areas. Your attention to detail and ability to think systematically will be critical in maintaining all Standard Operating Procedures and responding to questions and issues.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, which are essential for success in this role. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements while maintaining data integrity.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to develop, test, and approve system enhancements, as well as conducting user training for OEM and internal stakeholders. You will also maintain assigned project deliverables in support of the OEM(s) and enterprise project implementation.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, as well as minimum one year experience in an operational role requiring high attention to detail, organizational skills, multi-tasking, problem solving, and independent judgment.
