This innovative company is driving transformation across its manufacturing and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, product quality, and customer satisfaction.

The organization seeks a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee complex chemical-based manufacturing and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead and develop multi-site teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Chemical & Process Expertise: Manage the production of specialty foam and floral solutions, ensuring compliance with chemical manufacturing standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in operations leadership within chemical, specialty manufacturing, or industrial materials industries.
  • Strong expertise in chemical manufacturing, complex formulations, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site operations, including manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain functions.
  • Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cultural and operational transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
