Executive Director for Operational Excellence

The Northern Complex is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee operations across multiple locations, fostering a positive culture and driving business growth. The COO will be a key member of the complex leadership team, requiring strong business acumen and leadership skills.
Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Manage organizational structure and change management processes
- Oversee budgets and financial performance
- Contribute to program development and committees
- Manage teams and develop staff
- Promote an inclusive work environment
- Operational territory with multiple branches
- 650+ advisors, ~100 employees
The salary range is $107,000 - $168,000, with additional performance-based incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Qualifications- 10+ years of operations experience
- FINRA Series 7 & 24 registrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Conflict resolution
- Leadership and communication skills
- Financial performance understanding
- Remote management
