Job Title: Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a facility during assigned shifts.

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records within the facility and document updates at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels during shifts.
  • Intervene in conflicts between clients and/or staff, documenting incidents in the logbook.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct team activities and maintain a seamless continuum of services.
  • Coordinate overflow facilities, including transportation needs, supplies, and linking residents to suitable locations.
  • Assist with transportation coordination, vehicle maintenance, and documentation collection.
  • Act as liaison for partner agencies, including Parole/Probation Department, Sheriff's Departments, and other external entities.

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years working with homeless, chemically dependent, or mentally disabled individuals. Knowledge of social services and computer skills (Word, Excel) are essential.
