Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role
  • You will provide high-level administrative support for all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Your strong organizational skills will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • You will work closely with our HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive business results.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruitment administration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport with both internal and external partners.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
