Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

In this role, you will partner with our manufacturing team at our largest site to provide ongoing support and guidance on all HR-related matters.

  • You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Conduct generalist HR support and advice, including performance management and organisational development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top talent for the company.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Department Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Manage HR administration tasks and responsibilities.
  • Support culture and engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to drive business results.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Human Resources degree qualification or another relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR coordinator/ advisor role.
  • Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional partnering and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
