Are you passionate about creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional service? As a Culture and Talent Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing essential support to teams across various properties, enhancing the team member experience.

About the Role
  • You will respond promptly and professionally to team members' enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • You will ensure that team members have the necessary working rights in place and issue contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • You will guide new employees through an onboarding process, helping them to settle into their new role and become productive members of the team.
  • You will oversee a reward and recognition program, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance and achievement.
  • You will assist with ad-hoc tasks as they arise, providing administrative support to the team and contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and approachable personality. Previous experience in Human Resources or a similar role is advantageous, but not essential. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently.
