Sexuality and Relationship Specialist

As a counsellor in our Sexuality and Relationships service, you'll make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide counselling, education, and assist in event facilitation for the Sexuality and Relationships service.
- Work in a person-centred way, respecting sensitivities surrounding these topics and fostering an environment where individuals feel safe, heard, and supported.

- Tertiary qualifications, with a minimum Diploma in Counselling.
- Membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) or as an accredited PACFA Registrant with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skills in counselling, including the application of therapeutic modalities relevant to working with individuals and groups.
- A solid understanding of legislative, ethical, and practice requirements, including confidentiality, anti-discrimination, and mandatory reporting.
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS policies and procedures.
