Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our team and develop strategies to grow our market share and volume.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG marketing, excellent strategic skills, and the ability to multitask. They will be responsible for managing our entire profit and loss statement, maximising profitability while working closely with sales, finance, and other departments.

  • Develop new products from ideation through to launch via a stage gate approval process
  • Work closely with external agencies around effective media spend across social media
  • Instigate research to determine consumer needs and feedback
  • Participate in trade account reviews and new product presentations
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant authorities

The ideal candidate will be a commercial beast who knows their numbers and runs their portfolio like their own business. They will also have a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and be looking for a new challenge.
