We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Business Growth Specialist, where they will be responsible for driving business development, securing funding, and expanding partnerships to create inclusive initiatives.

  • Growth through Participation: Attracting new individuals with disabilities into programs and employment opportunities.
  • Funding and Partnerships: Securing major donors and grants through foundations, corporates, government, and philanthropists, as well as building relationships with schools and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow participation in our programs.
  • Secure funding through donor relations and grant writing.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local organizations and businesses.
