About the Company

We are working with a large FMCG business who manufactures, markets and distributes their leading Health and well being brands across Australia and South East Asia. We are searching for a strategic Marketing Manager from a FMCG, Consumer healthcare or OTC Pharmaceutical background with specific experience across South East Asian markets such as Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam etc.

About the Role

You will lead a small team and work closely with the domestic marketing team to develop;

  • Brand strategy and product positioning by market
  • Develop strategic brand plans by country
  • Lead a regional innovation pipeline
  • Work cross functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, supply and domestic marketing
  • Build local launch plans and develop integrated campaigns (ATL, Digital and BTL) across markets
  • Develop, manage and analyse market level P&Ls

About You

  • You are an experienced FMCG Marketer and have worked across South East Asian countries
  • A background in marketing from FMCG, Consumer Healthcare or OTC Pharmaceuticals with a focus on South East Asia will be well regarded
  • You are entrepreneurial in your approach and work well in a team and responsive to requests from your work mates with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven leadership is a given
