Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Proposition Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing the development and ongoing optimisation of our B2C customer offering, achieving growth targets by working collaboratively across value streams and the wider organisation.

The role involves constructing and delivering new member propositions and experiences aligned with our 2030 Strategy and Vision. This includes developing propositions and experiences for member cohorts, acting as the knowledge and subject matter expert on our offerings.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Recommending digital and technology-based initiatives to enhance the member experience.
  • Creating and maintaining a strategy and roadmap to acquire and engage members, particularly in the accumulation phase.
  • Identifying market and competitor opportunities and risks, and communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and action.
  • Collaborating with relevant squads and Product Owners during ideation, delivery, and execution of initiatives.
  • Maintaining and prioritising the backlog, advocating for best practices, and participating in showcases.
