Job Title: Senior Case Manager - Workers Compensation Role

Job Description

As a Senior Case Manager in our workers compensation team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients and government clients. Your role will involve working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to meet Allianz's service principles.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of claims for corporate clients or government clients.
  • Determine liability and timely assessment of treatment requests.
  • Appropriately document claims decisions.
  • Utilize claims management systems.
  • Develop and implement claims strategies that deliver positive and sustainable outcomes.
  • Meet key compliance and performance measures.
  • Coach and support newer team members.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Workers Compensation Case Manager or other personal injury lines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-focused approach.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactive approach with a drive to learn and develop skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt when changes occur.
  • A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
