- Leverage expertise in claims handling to support transformation projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
- Drive strategic direction and continuous improvement initiatives across insurance operations.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Develop and implement best practice claims handling with a focus on improved outcomes and reduced duration.
- 5+ years' leadership experience in Life Insurance operations within large, complex organisations with strong background in claims and / or underwriting in Life Insurance.
- Proven ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and deliver transformation.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
