Leadership Opportunity

The role of Head of Commercial Property Construction and Engineering Claims is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing teams that handle commercial property construction and engineering claims. This leader will be accountable for ensuring the performance metrics are accurate and met while engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams managing commercial property construction and engineering claims through intermediated channels.
  • Oversee large and complex claims and the interactions between suppliers brokers and corporate customers.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with executive loss adjustors.
  • Ensure operational and financial performance metrics are accurate and consistently met.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best customer experience possible.
About You
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of claims performance drivers measures and financial drivers.
  • Leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams and the ability to manage complex problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Expertise in claims management particularly in commercial property construction and engineering.
  • Strategic thinking with a good understanding of process innovation modern technology and leading through change.
  • Strong communication problem solving and analytical skills.
  • In-depth industry knowledge.
