As a customer service and swim school manager, you will lead and develop a friendly and skilled team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels. You will oversee daily operations, including budgets, reporting, and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Leadership experience in customer service or retail management.">">
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.">">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.">">
  • Valid Paid Blue Card.">">
  • Willingness to obtain Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification, First Aid, CPR and Pool Lifeguard Certifications, and Pool Plant Operator certification.">">
