Leadership Role in Swim School

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a team of swimming instructors and creating a warm, welcoming experience for families and kids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a team of swimming instructors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, respect, and open communication among team members.
  • Help with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Lead by example on customer service and teamwork, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • A background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Organisational smarts and attention to detail to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
