Swim School Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our swim school team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting a team of swimming instructors, creating a warm and welcoming experience for families and kids, and helping with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service
- Strong communication and people leadership skills
- Organisational smarts and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for kids and the community
