Team Leader Job Description

  • Assist with scheduling, enrolments, and day-to-day swim school operations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in retail, hospitality, childcare, or customer service
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills
  • Organisational smarts and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for kids and the community
  • A willingness to get qualified in swim instruction and first aid – we can help you get started
