Swim School Leadership and Customer Service Director

We are seeking a Customer Service and Swim School Manager to lead our swim school at Rackley Swimming Parkwood, a valued community facility within the City Venue Management network.
This leadership role offers you the opportunity to make a difference in customer satisfaction and team success. You will be responsible for leading and developing a friendly and skilled team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levels.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. They will also increase enrolments through proactive community engagement and relationship building, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and child protection requirements.
You will need to have experience in customer service leadership roles, such as Customer Service, Retail Manager, or Team Leader, Operations Supervisor in recreation, hospitality, or education, or Training or program lead in a customer-focused environment.
A strong leadership style, excellent organization, and a people-first mindset are essential qualities for this role. The ideal candidate will need to be available at least one day at the weekend.
Qualifications include holding a valid Paid Blue Card and obtaining, at your own cost, Swim Teacher and Water Safety qualification, First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard Certifications, and Pool Plant Operator certification.
