With a culture built on service excellence, operational quality, and long-term community impact, you'll step into a leadership role where you can make a difference in both customer satisfaction and team success.The RoleLead and develop a friendly and skilled team to deliver excellent customer service and high quality swim instruction from infants through to squad levelsOversee daily operations including budgets, reporting and ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environmentIncrease enrolments through proactive community engagement and relationship buildingEnsure compliance with safety protocols, child protection requirements and pool operations.
Full training will be providedBe the face of the swim school, building trust and loyalty with families and the local communityWhat You'll BringWe are looking for people who have experience in customer service leadership roles such as:Customer Service, Retail Manager, or Team LeaderOperations Supervisor in recreation, hospitality or educationTraining or program lead in a customer focused environmentIf you have strong leadership skills, excellent organisation and a people first mindset, you will be successful in this role.
Please note the successful applicant will need to be available at least one day at the weekend.QualificationsAll CVM employees must hold a valid Paid Blue Card.
You will also need to be willing to obtain, at your own cost, the following qualifications.
