About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Bannatyne. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed membership growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Membership Sales: Promote and sell memberships through tours, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve and exceed membership KPIs.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention.
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience of sales results, however not necessarily in the fitness industry.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Passion for Health and Wellness: A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service.
  • Leadership Skills: The ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility.
  • Time Management: The ability to work to deadlines and be KPI-driven.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Desirable Skills
  • Social Media Experience: Experience of running social media campaigns and knowledge of social media platforms.
  • CRM Systems: Knowledge and experience of using CRM systems.
