Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently scan and file documents, ensuring they are easily accessible when needed
  • Manage compliance reminders and follow up on pending items to maintain our high standards
  • Track and chase expired compliance documents to prevent any disruptions
  • Support the mobilization process for projects by handling key documentation, including truck files and permit numbers
  • Assist with audits to guarantee accuracy and compliance
  • Answer calls and provide excellent communication to drivers and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proven experience in document management and compliance tracking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently perform daily tasks
  • Superb communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and subcontractors
  • A background in transport, logistics, or compliance administration is highly desirable but not essential
