About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, with responsibility for providing expert technical support for screening products and solutions across the eastern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Presentation skills will be used to deliver training and technical presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders, enhancing their knowledge and expertise.
  • The specialist will oversee the implementation and performance monitoring of screening equipment, analysing data to ensure optimal results.
  • Detailed analysis of client needs and provision of tailored solutions to meet their requirements will also be a key focus area.
  • Regular reports on technical performance and client feedback will be prepared and presented to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and best practice.
  • Maintenance of high safety and quality standards in all operations is crucial, with compliance monitored at all times.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in technical solutions or related industrial equipment is essential for success in this role.
  • Proven experience within the industrial or manufacturing sector is required, with a deep understanding of technical principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build and maintain positive client relationships.
