
Onboarding Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Onboarding team within the CFD trading platform Product team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end client onboarding experience, ensuring it is seamless and compliant.
The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Compliance, and Operations to define requirements, analyse data, and ensure we deliver best-in-class onboarding journeys across multiple regions and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyse business requirements to translate into clear, detailed requirements for onboarding features and flows.
- Capture regulatory requirements from multiple jurisdictions and ensure they are embedded in onboarding journeys.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders (Compliance, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support).
- Maintain clear and up-to-date Confluence documentation of onboarding workflows.
- Analyse onboarding funnel metrics and provide recommendations backed by quantitative analysis and customer feedback.
- Experience in business analysis within FinTech (Trading/Investments is a bonus)
- Strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Proficiency in Jira/Confluence and backlog management.
