
Part Time Administrative Support Specialist

As a Part-Time Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in enabling our store to exceed customer expectations and drive overall performance.
About the Role:- You will perform daily banking reconciliations and assist with accounts administration.
- Support Accounts Payable and Receivable workload, including end of month procedures.
- Monitor payment commitments and prepare payments per cycle for authorization.
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and reconcile monthly statements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and coordinate internal events.
- Order office supplies and monitor stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and preparing emails.
- Accurately enter data into software system Pronto.
We seek someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality. Previous administration experience is an advantage, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
